This has been a challenging moment for Omar Dyer, and after getting his petitions thrown out for the third time. And a move that violated all federal charters, Omar Dyer case was selected to go before the People's Court and Hudson County judicial system refused to allow the case to be moved outside of their jurisdiction because they wanted to protect employees.
